20 Things To Do To keep You Sane Through Recovery!


  1. Learn to speak meow meow or any other animal language and use this new found talent on a furry friend.
  2. Cloud watch and write songs.
  3. Learn to metal scream and practice this while someone is on the phone.
  4. Watch lots of Dr Phil and Jeremy Kyle.
  5. Read "Treasure Yourself" by Miranda kerr and "You Can Create an Exceptional Life" by Louise Hay and Cheryl Richardson.
  6. Surprise and give a gift to someone.
  7. Listen to music and dream.
  8. Run like Jack Sparrow across traffic lights.
  9. Write a letter to yourself as a child.
  10. Be a rebel and get a piercing or tattoo.
  11. Watch your favourite childhood movies.
  12. Send texts to brighten someones day.
  13. Paint weirdly odd paintings.
  14. Blast angry music as loud as possible and piss everyone off while acting like a rock star.
  15. Create a name you would want to be known by.
  16. Watch Hannah Montana.
  17. Write a happy thought for every bad thought you have.
  18. Take yourself out on dates... to the movies, museum wherever!
  19. Hug your Mummy and Daddy.
  20. Laugh and smile everyday.
