21 Ways To Be More Confident!

 
 
  1. Smile more
  2. Look people in the eyes
  3. Talk to strangers
  4. Hold your head up
  5. Create your own fierce gangsta walk
  6. Laugh at your self
  7. Embrace the power of music
  8. Get to know peoples stories... everyone has one
  9. Be excited about life
  10. Use your sense of humour... I know you have one tehehe!
  11. Dress up sexy and feel empowered
  12. Own and grow your strengths and work on your weaknesses
  13. Treat yourself and others with respect
  14. Be silly
  15. Tell yourself at least one positive thing everyday
  16. Treat your body as a temple... you only have one baby so look after it.
  17. Headband at least once a week, rap at least twice and dance to happy music at least three times.
  18. Do radical acts of empowerment: Shave hair off, sky diving, bungee jumping etc. 
  19. Work hard and kick goals in the face!
  20. Love the daily activities that make you happy
  21. Lift, bicep curl, deadlift, squat, lunge, LIFT!
