Build Your Foundations!

https://nz.pinterest.com/pin/24910604170438409/

Brick by brick, day by day build your foundations for a strong base in whatever you do because everything you do steams from it. While cutting corners may seem to save time in the short run however you never know just when a storm may hit.

Building a solid foundation yes takes a lot of time but when a storm hits you may wobble, crack and break down but never fall completely apart. The things you have learnt, grown and built through those times of building a solid foundation will help you through the storm, through the hopelessness and in rebuilding. It pays to spend time building your foundations as solid as possible in whatever you do but most importantly starting with you!

With love
Rainbow :) xoxo

  5. This is just so true. If you can build it on your own now, why do it tomorrow? :) Such great way of making others realize this too, Rainbow.

  6. So true, Rainbow! :) The hard times may be, well - hard! But they're what make us stronger and build up our foundation as life goes on...they toughen us up, and we definitely gain wisdom and learn a lot from it (which hopefully, we can teach others as well!)
Thanks for another inspiring post :) Happy Wednesday!!

  7. This is 100% true! I often forget this anytime I venture into something new. It always starts with a foundation! We are such a society of wanting everything now, now, now, we often forget that we need to build a foundation first! You are so amazing my gorgeous friend, hope all is well. Love and hugs! XO -Kim

  9. You never fail to inspire and motivate me Rainbow ! I think it's so easy to get bored and fed up when building yourself solid foundations to make your life or improvements or recovery on and it just feel so difficult so you just skip ahead to the point where just do it but after a week everything callapses into ruins and you're in tears and feeling useless, thank you for this reminder Rainbow this is something I need to remember at the minute :)

    Lots of love,Marianne xxx

  12. I totally agree with you, Rainbow, without building solid foundations, we're not able to survive during those hard days, when everything is falling apart... So, as you mentioned here, solid foundations is a basis of everything, this should be a core of our lifes :) Have a great evening, Rainbow :)

  15. Yes Rainbow!!! How are you so wise :'D but that's not really a question because we all know that it's because you are just so badass. You are so right about building foundations. I think that a lot of us forget to focus on ourselves and the things that we need. We are so busy worrying about everyone else (which isn't a bad thing) and making sure that we don't disappoint them. But we forget to spend some time worrying about ourselves. We should know our wants and needs so that when we fall we can get back up and keep pushing through the obstacles until we achieve what we desire most.
