  1. Wow, Marie Antoinette - what a throwback!! Such style and shabby chic vintage from back in the day.
Also, a cool random fact - the date for this post says it's Friday, but it's still Thursday afternoon here in Canada :) So interesting with the time difference!
Hope you have a wonderful weekend, Rainbow!!

  3. I absolutely adore the fashion of that time ! I think corset tops are so so beautiful and flaterring and just all round gorgeous and some of the designs in this are amazing :) I also love the carriage because at heart I still fully believe I will marry a prince and become a princess hehe ! But my favourite thing here has to be the shoes ! They're so so beautiful I love that shade of blue and oh my gosh I need them :)

    Lots of love, Marianne xxx

  6. They're all so pretty!! I've always wanted to wear one of those dresses and wigs :D (I'd imagine that they would be very heavy and I'd be stumbling over but they look like so much fun haha). I would also love to attend a really fancy tea party dressed like this >.< haha.

    1. Hahaha I was watching the outtakes from The Duchess with Keira Knightley and she was saying one of her wigs for the movie was extremely heavy and she had to be so careful with it. Okay it's sorted we're adding this to our list of things to do when we meet! ;) <3

  7. Ah, I love this! I don't know if I would ever wear Marie Antoinette style, but I have a serious love for 18th century fashion. It's all so eccentric and the shapes and cuts are gorgeous. It also reminds me of high school, funnily enough! A friend of mine dressed up as Marie Antoinette for Halloween and went to the school Halloween dance that way. It was pretty impressive!
